Terms of Service

1. Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email that violates anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.). Your outreach must comply with the law where you are located AND where your recipients are located.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Send malware, phishing content, or fraudulent commercial messages.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Resell access to the Service or share your account with others.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for any violation of these terms.

3. Connected mailboxes

You represent that you own each Gmail (or other) mailbox you connect to the Service, or have permission from the owner to use it for outreach. You are solely responsible for the content of outreach sent from your connected mailboxes.

LinkForge sends messages on your behalf using the gmail.send OAuth scope you grant us. We do not pre-screen the content of outbound campaigns. If a recipient complains, blocks, or reports your outreach, that responsibility is yours.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Polar.sh. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the campaigns, templates, and outreach content you create in LinkForge. We retain ownership of the Service itself.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, deliverability, or that outreach you send will result in any particular outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate your access for violation of these terms or extended inactivity (>12 months on a free account).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside LinkForge at least 14 days before they take effect.
